Each product we make specially for you and according to your order.

We don’t have storehouses and finished products. We need 3-5 working days to make your order. Weekends are not counted. We are so sorry, but cancellations are impossible. The orders, placed on Saturday and Sunday start on Monday.

We offer free shipping for most products. Except for small items, you can see the cost of delivery for small items in each listing.

Delivery time

Our production is located in Belarus and all orders are sent also from Belarus. At the moment the delivery time is 2-4 weeks.

Fees

Unfortunately, we don’t control customs duties and taxes all over the world, moreover, every country of the world has its own customs policy. Parcels to the US and Canada are free of charge. For other countries customs fees may apply. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please, if you would like to have more detailed information about the duties, you need to consult with the customs authorities of your country.
