How exercise can affect your life

Statistics show that every fourth person is affected by some kind of illness. Despite the obvious benefits for physical fitness and emotional state, one in two does not want to trouble himself with exercise. When there is no energy left at the end of the day, some try to relax passively. Talking on the Internet, not leaving the house, playing football on the consoles, without getting out of the sofa.

If you decide to start doing exercises,

it makes no sense to immediately go to the gym and study all day. For starters, try replacing the evening-to-night viewing of the series with a leisurely walk through the neighboring streets. You will have to repeat this exercise several times before you notice the results. And for people in severe psychological condition, any attempt at sports will seem like a mockery. During depression, many people lose the motivation they need to work on themselves. But even then, there is a way to make yourself move – find a company. Regular physical activity doesn’t only promote and maintain health, but also reliably reduces the risk of developing the most important social diseases: diabetes, cancer, hypertension.

How can 30 minutes of sports a day help you?

  • Weight Loss and Normalization
  • Lower Blood Cholesterol
  • Reducing the risk of developing diabetes
  • Reducing the risk of developing certain types of cancer
  • Reducing the risk of hypertension
  • Strengthening bone tissue, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures
  • Improve coordination and reduced risk of falls
  • Reducing recovery and rehabilitation time in hospital
  • Improving health and mood
  • Normalization of sleep

Physical activity will have a positive impact on health status only with sufficient duration and regularity.  According to scientific research, 30 minutes of moderate daily activity is enough.

Being physically active is not just going to the gym or doing a particular sport that requires a special place, equipment or sport facilities. Doing any physical activity is better than doing nothing at all.

REMEMBER IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO START!

Studies show that old-aged people can have significant health benefits after only two to three months of regular exercise.

Important! Before starting regular classes, in some cases you need to consult a doctor, especially if:

  • You are over 45 years old
  • After physical exercise you have chest pain or shortness of breath
  • You often faint or feel very dizzy
  • You think you might have a heart problem
  • During pregnancy

Pre-training screening helps identify people with diseases that may increase the risk of health problems during physical activity. This kind of filter helps to determine whether the potential benefits of exercise outweigh the possible risks.

Be healthy and take care!
